Master's in Biological and Agricultural Engineering (MBAE)

The MBAE degree offered through Distance Education is intended for the working professional who wants to pursue advanced study beyond the undergraduate level but who does not wish a career in research. This program is currently focused toward environmental engineering, but bioprocess engineering interests can be accommodated by special exception. Thirty hours of course work are required, but there is no advisory committee, no final exam, and no seminar requirement. Three hours of advanced math and statistics must be included in the plan of work. The MBAE can be completed in as little as 1 1/2 years.
